Ductal Adenocarcinoma

I'm 74 been,have low volume metastatic PC gleason 4+4=8, perineural invasion, lesion in T3-T4 vertebral body, CAT scan ok, PSA now 1.2 from 34, on Zytiga, Prednisone, Lupron since Jan18 , Ist pathology report indicated common PC, second opinion from MUSC pathologist states may have ductal adenocarcinoma. Question? Would the treatment program that I'm on be the same whether I have the ductal component or not, or should I get another opinion. My current condition is that I have no pain, tolerate the treatment plan well but do take a flowmax to treat urine flow. Thanks to all who helped with my liver enzyme problem. Its normal.

It seems to be responsive to all the same therapies (chemo, hormone, etc.) only less so. If you can find an mo who has had some experience treating it, that would be ideal. Such MOs are more likely to be found at the major teaching hospitals.
