I just read Mr. Jack's post about him going into hospice with crMPCa and 2 brain tumors. Then there was Cancersucks who failed all the treatments in 6 months before dying a painful death. Right now I am trying Xtandi/Bat and Motosue posted that he is on Lupron/Zytiga/Xtandi...I would like to try Xtandi/Zytiga/Bat but insurance will not pay for both at the same time..Dr. Myers said to hit the cancer hard and that sequential use of these drugs makes no sense and he was proven right...the drugs have cross resistance and when you fail one and move on to the other it is usually 0-6 months until failure. What I am not doing is chemo - Hospice - and the morphine drip. So, that leaves Apalutamide and Darolutamide when Xtandi fails. Apalutamide is basically Xtandi with a crPCa approval. So that leaves Darolutamide which is in a phase 3 trial. Last night I asked God to prevent Xtandi resistance and later on had a dream about wrestling Gustave. So, it doesn't look good...right now I am in training for a match with Gustave who so far is 300 wins and 0 losses.

Gus

Say hello to Gustave if you don't want hospice and the morphine drip.

Gus I will say a prayer that you never get resistance to xtandi. I was fortunate to add xtandi to zytiga when zytiga failed and responsed for 2.5 more years. I suspect if you ever got to the point of failing all oral meds, then you might try some chemo, Life is precious and we do what we can to stay alive.

I am planning on drinking Gustave's blood...way more powerful than Gator blood....I plan on pinning Gustave with a combo leg scissor head lock and then use chloroform on him and then draw 20cc's of his blood.

My doc mentioned it today as a possibility if a change comes my way. For now : .002 says I’m cured , he’s a hematologist not a pc specialist. He’s trained to think that a five year survival is looked at five years I wouldn’t have had with out treatment, thus a five year cure.. meaning he thinks I’ll live at least a couple more but really indicating that I can do much better and new and better drugs coming up every day.. Hope good news for me can give hope to those starting there trip. . Thanks Nal

Costa, you'll never beat Gustave, cause he's a Hippogater and he's soooooooo mean.

Hippogater you say? Yep he's got a head of a Hippopotamus on one side of his body and a head of an Alligator on the other side of his body.

Wow, wait a minute, if he's got a head of a Hippopotamus on one side of body and a head of an Alligator on the other side of his body, how does he shit?

He don't, that's what makes him so mean.

Good Luck and Good Health.

Thanks all. Laughing hard. We’re putting that mean son of a...up over our mantel.

Boy do we ever need that hippo/gator blood today. Baring that, the nurse said yesterday we could have a glass of red wine tonight before 8 hrs of nothing except a toothbrush. No gum, no mints, etc. What a deal.

Can’t wait to meet that nurse at 5:45 a.m. (She gave us an extra 15 minutes to get there since the building isn’t open at 5:30. When did they figure that out? No signature.

Not what you're looking for?
