I just got an email from a friend, asking if men needed "sanitary bins" in toilets. The idea is that men using pads or diapers for incontinence have no place to dispose their pads, when they use public toilet stalls. Apparently women have receptacles in their toilet stalls. Is this a problem Malecare should take up?

Should Male Toilets Have Diaper/Pad disposal cans for guys with urinary incontinence?
Yes it is a problem Malecare should take up. Equality.
Not only this but males do not usually have enough stalls for those of us with prostate cancer and Crohns, etc. Most department stores and restaurants do not have enough stalls for men with emergencies, particularly bowel problems.
Never occurred to me, but yeah, that would be nice.
This was always a problem for my husband. We totally agree. I say was because about seven weeks ago he had the artificial sphincter operation. He is back in underwear and wearing a woman’s light pad. Hurray!
I am fortunate not to be incontinent but I pass a lot of blood in my urine. My local Shopping Centre has two male toilets each has only one stall and a long stainless steel trough as a urinal.
Last week I had to urinate urgently and the stall was in use so I used the urinal . I was upstream from the drain. Another guy stood beside me as I let go a great spurt of blood followed by urine which floated past his adverted gaze. He was appalled and wanted to call the centre's first aiders for assistance.
Having buttoned up and calmed him down I explained that I had prostate cancer which had spread to my outer sphincter and the blood collected there in between pees.
Unfortunately if the cancer doesn't shrink and the sphincter becomes involved I shall have to have stoma and a bag and the need for more stall in male toilets will become relevant.
