Jevtana side effects.

Need advice on minimizing side effects of jevtana-especially muscle/bone pain and appetite and taste of food.

I am assuming the muscle bone pain is from the Nuelasta, I take a claritin the day before , day of, and day after nuelasta shot , along with aleve ,and this combination seems to minimize the bone/muscle pain associated with Nuelasta white blood cell booster.. I also ice my fingers and feet to prevent nueropathy and the fingernail problem associated with taxanes, I bring my own ice in a small rolling cooler , bags of frozen peas work for feet as do gel ice packs. I also bring my own ice cubes to suck on during Jevtana to prevent loss of taste. I wish you the best, keep us posted how things go.

Glucosamine has helped me with Tylenol, on the bone and muscle pain but it takes a while . Ice cream and pie. Worked for me 😜😜😜😜

Hubby had round 2 of Jevtana last week. The side effects this week have been completely different to the first one where he had constant diarrohea for a week. This week he had extreme pain in legs, no taste and no appetite felt nauseous. Extremely frustrating for him. Been struggling to eat.
