Question about Platelets

Almost right after starting on ADT+Zytiga, I saw my platelets drop to 145 (from 275). It's been stable right around that level. My spleen is slightly enlarged (which may be causing it as well). Curious if anyone had similar experience, or thoughts.

This site tracks adverse events reported to the FDA by men taking Zytiga. They report that 2.6% of men taking Zytiga have reported thrombocytopenia, but it seems to be an early reaction only. Over time, the platelets come back up. I guess all you can do is track it and see where it goes.

My platelets dropped to around 70 after a few months on Adt and Zytiga. They have steadily been increasing monthly. 155 two weeks ago. Hoping they stay there.

Have had platelet problem before PC, range between 70-115, hasn't been worse with Adt.
