I just came across this scan on a video posted on this site. Has anyone had the treatment listed on the scan? The scan was originally taken on the PET machine. I’m presuming there’s prostate cancer both to lymph and bone. I’m not an oncologist or radiologist so forgive me if I’m wrong.

I believe they're the results of 60 days on the Baking Soda Protocol.
(Sorry, Couldn't resist!)
An experimental study involving only very small numbers of men was conducted in Germany.
The men had been through several other treatments earlier. They were looking to balance a possible dosage with favorable response, balanced with side effects for this longer lasting alpha radiation emitter. Several men started to have their salivary glands excessively radiated, some had disease progression, but several had very significant responses. More details here:

Another similar study also involving small numbers was done in Poland involving a different type of cancer, the brain cancer Glioblastoma multiforme, using a different factor that was overexpressed in those cells to guide the AC225 to its target. Similar results, again, with salivary glands often affected.
Prior studies in mice had some kidney damage reported, too.
Only more studies will be able to tell if/when things like LU-177 PSMA or AC-225 PSMA alpha radiation treatment modes will ever make it to and through US FDA approval and into widespread practice, perhaps along side of or replacing the existing Xofigo Rad-223.
Anybody with the resources or dwindling options who might want to pursue AC-225 anytime soon might look into contacting the primary researchers and exploring the chances for any next step experimental treatment studies in Germany. LU-177 studies are already happening in the USA and several other places world-wide.

So interesting to look back on this treatment when it was just getting started.
“Dosimetry studies demonstrated that the salivary glands and kidneys might be dose-limiting organs for 177Lu-PSMA-617”
Do you know if the possible damage to the salivary glands was ever resolved?
Some small studies involving the application of external ice packs in the area of the salivary glands before and during the treatment were done, but they seemed to make no significant difference. Other ideas are still being kicked around. "More studies are needed", e.g.

Some "dry mouth" palliation might be a preferable trade-off if the LU-177 PSMA treatment works really well against the cancer.
There is a remarkable YouTube video, showing the results from a trial of Lutetium in Australia. It runs for 30 minutes but is well worth watching right to the end. Quite spectacular.
