Hallo allemaal, Bij mij is 1 september prostaatkanker geconstateerd met 4 uittzaaiingen waarvan de ergste in de 12de torale wervel. Hiervoor ben ik ook al bestaald. Nu volgd een chemo cuur ( 6x docetaxel(taxotere)) van elk 3 weken.er is een middel (Darolutamide (ODM-201) waarvan de werking veelbelovend is ! In Nederland is het nog in een onderzoeks fase. Maar het schijnt in Amerika en Japan al in gebruik te zijn. WEET IEMAND VAN JULLIE HIER MEER OVER ???

As far as I know, there has only been a Phase 1 trial in Japan for Darolutamide. Here's an article about it. ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/288...
There is also a bigger Phase 3 trial involving only men with basically no previous treatment called ARASENS. You can do a google search on that for more information. It's just starting so will be quite a while before the results are in. Here's one article.
