Thank you for the link. Seems more and more trials show that the best way to fight prostate cancer is to hit it as hard as possible as soon as is possible. Makes since. Why allow the cancer a chance to mutate and grow?

How much more effective are these newer antiandrogens eventually become first line therapy like flutamide. Nylutamide, casodex?
