So is testicular soreness pain common and how long does it last following robotics surgery? Is there anything to improve it?

I am not quite sure about robotic surgery, but following my radical retropubic prostatectomy, I had similar side effects plus a sizable swelling as well. Everything settled within a matter of 2 to 3 weeks.

Wishing quick recovery,

Yes, I had soreness. In addition it felt like I was sitting on a baseball. Finally my testicles became as large as oranges. I was told all of that was normal. It took about three weeks for them to go back to their normal size. Took longer for the feeling of setting on a baseball to go away.

Yes I feel at week 3 like a hot bat has been placed between my legs. Very uncomfortable to sit for extended time or walk. I look forward to improvements lol now I know that's normal!

My balls were swollen for a few weeks, then sore for several months. I sat on ice packs for 20-30 minutes at a time many times a day. The kind one uses in a cooler, reusable plastic. Wearing snug underwear, speedo-type, that hold your balls, also helps.
