It turns out that quercetin is not as bioavailable as I had assumed. EMIQ is a patented version that claims good bioavailabilty ("40 times greater absorption than quercetin"):
Very interesting Thanks Patrick! Another way to boost effectiveness of Quercetin is apparently to take it with Green Tea: ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articl... The more green tea, the greater the effectiveness, as per the graphs. Not sure how to compare the EMIQ with the green tea combo, for effectiveness. Just take both, perhaps?
I've been taking them togher for years along with circumin and a handful of other supplements capsules broken open and addded to my pom juice and filtered water sports drink at the gym. Probably the best is the work out. Can't put that in the bottle. Best to all. Rocco
