This is another example of people throwing stuff (there is a stronger word, but I won't use it here) against a wall (us?) to see if it sticks. Really, what are we to make of this conclusion?

I understand that we are all intelligent people responsible for our own care. However, to me, it is irresponsible to give us this kind of information which most of us are incapable of using. Not all of us are retired research chemists. Articles like the one cited just get us excited and running around in circles.
