Hi I am finding it difficult to find a psychiatrist that specializes in adult adhd that will not take hours to drive to. I’m not against telehealth but I’d really like to go sit with someone. I am wondering if anyone has any suggestions. I am from the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania for reference. I really need to find help before my marriage goes down the tubes.
