Are you like me, once you start something, using either the Pomodoro Technique, or another method, I'm fine. I can get my work done and hit my deadlines. But, getting started is the most difficult part.
I write everything on my To-Do list and look at it at least 10 times, but I still forget, and end up feeling bad.
I set aside times, using block timing, yet never seem to get myself going.
How do you prevent this from happening?
