I found a game app that’s helping my impulsivity

I have always struggled with acting on impulse. Once I was diagnosed with ADHD, I finally understood what it was. Lately I’ve been playing a game on my phone a few times a day that seems to be helping. Not to make light of anyone’s situation thinking a phone game is a cure-all, but wanted to pass it along. It’s called Traffic Escape. It’s not like those Rush Hour type games with the cars packed bumper to bumper. In this traffic game, you have to think ahead 3-4 moves before taking a move or your car crashes. Believe me, I’ve crashed plenty of these virtual cars while learning the game. It’s really helping my brain to slow down and think before acting, and is also helping me in real life as well.
