Today is my second day being apart of this group. I've been studying about my ADHD, but I'm feeling so fatigued by my attempts to focus. I know Rome wasn't built in a day, but my desire to heal is out pacing my capacity to learn and attain the wisdom to use the knowledge. Sighhh I wish I could do it faster....

Start with something really, really small.

I guess I am curious. What or where are you studying?

I know how you feel. I get anxious too about finding out how to treat my adhd, learning disability, and slight dyslexia. We all have to be patient. I know that it's hard. Talk to your doctor to see what he/she suggests.

Your reaction is typical ADHD behavior. Unfortunately, there is no way to speed up the process and you will only stress yourself even more so. Try just one change at a time. And hang in there.
