ADHD Conference?

Has anyone been to an adhd conference? I see one happening in November at Anaheim CA which is within a days ride for me. I'm wondering if it would be worth the cost. For anyone who's been to one, did you feel it was worth the cost?

I went to the ADHD conference in 2022 and plan to go this year, but I missed last year.

It really depends on your perspective. The sessions were all really good, I really enjoyed meeting other ADHDers there, and I networked for my business - which is an ADHD virtual assistant agency - so for me, it was worth it.

From what I know, that's the biggest and best known ADHD conference.

I haven't been, but I'd like to go. I've heard good things about it. Unfortunately, I definitely can't fit that in my budget for this year.

I went last year for the first time after I was diagnosed; found it helpful for building community of peers and also all the new information available, books, and incredible seminars and workshops. Last year was in Baltimore.
