can my daughter who ADHD get SSI back because she had it once before.

I been going through a lot with SSI about taking income that we get,But now my daughter use to have. SSI they liked her off last your saying she was not disabled anymore more and it took me and my husband about 4 years to get her on there because she what throw a judge that work with case for SSI individuals with disability So I opened back up her case to be looked at again because she as a 504 plan and needs extra help paying for what she needs,So my question is will she be able to get that back.

I know a lot of kids on 504 that aren’t struggling enough for SSI, and many on iep’s as well. What helped me get my brother SSI was telling the judge that he couldn’t cook, clean or keep appointments on his own. He needed a lot of help. How old is your kiddo? You say she needs help paying for her needs, but mention a 504, so it’s confusing on if she’s an adult or minor. Most peop,e with ADHD aren’t disabled enough for SSI. It took 2 appeals to get my partner his, and he’s not only ptsd and adhd, but half blind (genetic condition).
