Introducing myself

Hi everyone!

I'm Payas and I'm 27 years old.

I'm studying in Cambridge School of Visual and Performing Arts and for my main project this year, I am interviewing people with ADHD. ADHD is something that is known to most of us, yet I believe that not everyone understands what living with ADHD could be like.

Having a brother who has ADHD and personally having profound anxiety since years, I'm most sensitive to these conditions. I believe by spreading awareness on such topics, we can encourage the world to be a little kinder.

For my main project, I am making a book. I would love if you could answer a few of the questions that I've prepared, for me to better understand ADHD and do my part in spreading more awareness about it. I would not need any of you guys' pictures/videos at all, just conversations about your day-to-day.

Looking forward! x
