just had my follow with my NP her office sent office sent my fmla papers after calling numerous times , my apt she informed me that the FMLA paper she signed had been missed with and was letting me go from her office . I CAN 100 PERCENT SAY I DID NOT TOUCH THAT PAPER. Why would I mess with something , it was a yes or no question that was scribble . What do I do?
