"Do it for yourself"
"You're always thinking of yourself"
"Do it for yourself"
"You're always thinking of yourself"
Well, it depends on what you mean by "narcissism".
As humans go, we are all at least a bit self-interested. Some people seem only to be a little bit so while others are that way most of the time, and the majority of people seem to vary depending on the situation.
But there's also a "Narcissistic Personality Disorder" (NPD, which is related to Borderline Personality Disorder/BPD). But I'm sure that you don't mean that.

From a self-care and self-image perspective, it can be very good to "Do I for yourself".
But sometimes other people (who, mind you, are also self-interested) are too quick to throw out the accusation that "You're only interested in yourself".
• Maybe if they were a little more interested in you and a little less interested in themselves, then you wouldn't have to put so much effort into thinking of your own needs. 😉
