yes. I second this. I think she’s drawn on Andrew Huberman’s podcasts and psychiatrist Dr Daniel Amen - who are also worth following on social media.

What is fascinating is that someone so active in the field of psychology could go so long without being diagnosed. Especially when she was getting her children diagnosed.
