tried loads of meds in the last 8 month, on elvanase now which works the best for me by miles.
lately Iv felt nauseous randomly through the day, like morning sickness but I’m defo not preggas, tonight Iv made chicken wraps and I just can not eat the chicken, I feel really off meat ( which I was when pregnant ) I’m also off hot food, I’m not particularly concerned if it’s to do with the medication - but if it’s not to do with it maybe I should look into why this is happening. Has anyone found this happen on adhd meds? ( I’m also off wine could easily drink a bottle a night before, now I fancy one after work and then pour half that glass down the sink, and Iv drank wine my whole adult life bar pregnancy and breast feeding - but I’m happy with this aversion)

I've found I eat less often while on Elvanse and have to remember to eat otherwise I feel nauseous and a bit wobbly. I've also stopped drinking alcohol altogether as the desire to drink has completely disappeared. Which tbh has done me a favour because I was drinking too much.
Is there a time of day you tend to feel nauseous? Have you eaten prior to feeling nauseous or has there been a large gap between meals?
If you don't eat anything when you take your medication, try taking it with food or eat something when you feel nauseous and see if it makes any difference.
Good advice.I discovered straight away that if I didn't take my meds with food, then I would feel nauseous.
I've also found that if I eat to light of a breakfast or lunch, or if I eat only carbs, I can feel a bit nauseous or get the shakes later. (Very different when I was a kid, when a bowl of cereal for breakfast was plenty enough...now I add some peanut butter, if I have cereal for breakfast.) So, what I eat matters as much as just eating.
I'm not sure if it is from the Elvanse/Vyvanse as I also take a couple of other medications, but I am no longer able to tolerate spicy food. I had been eating Thai peppers by the bowl when visiting a local restaurant, yet now medium spice is my limit.
