I am a mom of 3 boys and a wife of a man who has many health problems. I have been struggling with organizing and anxiety more and more. I need therapy but the money, time, and energy are limited. I hope to find community here because I'm feeling overwhelmed and alone .

Online support forums can be helpful. Unfortunately, they do not replace professional help. Have you checked with your insurance company for a list a psychiatrist, psychologist and licensed professional counselors that accept your insurance in your area ?
Hello
I'm sorry to hear you're having a hard time. So many obstacles for when we're all trying to navigate this issue.
Two books that have been helping are Divergent Mind and the Mindfulness Prescription for ADHD.
I assume by organizing you mean your house is a disaster like mine is. 😅 Once I was correctly diagnosed by my therapist, but my doctor was still stalling on medication, I started looking up what I could do to help some of my symptoms.
A chalk board or white board with to-do lists was recommended. I haven't gotten one yet but I have been using a planner to good effect.
I also started looking up minimalism. something I always wanted to incorporate in my life, but could never get around to 😒 The Minimal Mom on YouTube is great. She has a lot of great ways to start minimizing. Plus she's very happy and it’s just nice how friendly she is. Another YouTube for minimalism and slow living that felt comforting to watch was Madisun Gray.
Also if you go on Ted Talks, there are many people who talk about how they use ADD to their advantage its inspiring Nd interesting.
These might be good resources until you can, I hope, get into see a therapist.
Take care.
Have you tried community mental health? I hear they are free. It sounds like you may have some secondary trauma, which is when you see the traumas of people you work closely with (it happens a lot in education and the medical field.).
