thank you for everyone writing there experience, I stumbled upon this today while procrastinating. I honestly feel at home, almost normal here. While it’s not nice to know that people are struggling, its good to know that your not alone. In my language we have a proverb that translates to “ dying with a group is mercy”. Thank you for everyone sharing their struggle, we are all valid and deserve support, we deserve to feel enough. If anyone has any advice to help please say it, coping mechanisms and such. Anything that doesn’t require medication really.

Welcome! ... and thanks for the good words about the people here.

Hi, I was a medical student several decades ago. Don’t give up. Definitely if you can get some treatment, whatever kind, or just awareness of ADHD, I think that’s only helpful. I wish I had known I had it when I was studying. I would have understood myself and been kinder to myself!!!! You will be more compassionate to your patients, too.
