Sorry if this has been asked before, but reading up on this there looks like a lot of common ground with ADHD, notably the forgetfulness and distraction.

Is anyone aware of a link between the two?

I hadn't heard of asthenia before, so I had to look it up.

I can say that with the Inattentive ADHD traits, forgetfulness and distraction are very common.

I imagine that asthenia causes a lack of motivation, because of the fatigue it causes. Lack of motivation, or difficulty sustaining motivation, can be very common with ADHD.
