Hi, BigBen. Medication (and counseling) can be life-changing. It's worth talking to a psychiatrist or other knowledgeable mental health provider and finding out what your options are. If you don't have a lot of income or insurance right now, check for federal community health centers in your area. They generally provide mental health care or can refer you to another place, and they will care for you regardless of ability to pay. Good luck!
