Karen, Thank you for the resources, will check them out. I haven't told but a few friends I have adhd and in doing so only realized how much stigma surrounds it. Hope that may one day change. Even my daughter said when in college, yeah a ton of kids at school claim to have so they can use the drugs to cheat. :(
