Hi, I am new here. I am 65 years old and believe that I was ADHD but was never diagnosed. Can someone assist me?

Oh Honey Yes! I am 69 and only realized this 3 months ago...I fell into a dark, sad funk and am slowly navigating my way into this new reality..I learned so much from these videos...youtube.com/watch?v=ouZrZa5.... also...there is a great zoom, free meeting Tuesday 7/27 at 8pmET. 5pmPT for women over 50!
