Do you also dislike being labeled by others unempathetic?

I think it is so unfair. I care a lot, but because of a social disability get labeled. It is not that we lack empathy. We struggle with how to express ourselves. Every day, I try to converse with people. I do not say too much. I listen. I try to be a little bold, and open up a little to people, too.

I really understand where ur thought patterns go towards that subject of empathy... The expressions the emotional part of others not thinking we as a group of adhd'ers spend our live wondering how we have such a hard time with something so easy.... For me myself I believe I (WE AS A COLLECTIVE OF ADHD'ERS) have to much just the thought of putting it together in words or feelings wondering what's gonna happen when I open my mouth... What's coming out am I gonna be looking a that dust flake floating from the ceiling and I just said the wrong thing now hurting the person I love not even knowing.. I no deep down inside I am empathetic to everyone and it hurts so much not having at that moment a few simple words to say.. WHEN IN MY BRAIN I WROTE U AN ESSAY EXPRESSING EVERYTHING SCREAMING IT FROM THE TOP OF THE EMPIRE STATE BUILDING...... But when I spoke it came out as chicken scratch \%#"&_*:=/98/%%=:&*:.
