Therapist retirement where to turn?

My therapist is retiring. Since I moved during the pandemic I have noticed my new state lacks resources for ADHD. I had a relationship with a therapist in my old state that carried over here and was good for a year via telehealth. Now she is retiring and I'm less than 3 months away from losing my current meds if a new doctor isn't found. The lack of resources and many prescribers reluctance to use the meds I'm currently on is worrisome. I'm considering weaning myself off my stimulant meds but I truly need them to control my ADHD symptoms. Any advice?
