I've tried many many pills, coping mechanisms, and nothing seems to be working, done all the drugs done, therapy all of it,so my question is,how do you cope? This is growing to become to much for me to handle. My body hurts from the stress of not being able to tune out.

I’m sorry you’re having a hard time. ADHD can be a huge pain in the a**. I personally cope with meds, taking walks, therapy, friends, my parents, this support group, etc. but everyone is different, i hope you find what works for you. Also, books, writing, and movies help me. Good luck.👍🏽🙂

Sending you hope and there has to be something that will work for you, Keep trying, Get up and Keep Going!!!! My son's ADD has also affected my relationship with my family, I am always after him. working about checking, checking upon him, helping with his homework all that.........I dont even spend much time with my daughter, she is younger than him and I feel guilty and my husband always seek my attention but I am always so consumed with my son's work I just dont get time for anyone :( So not only it affects you it really affects your love ones big time........Anyone who is there for you reach out to them for support and please appreciate their efforts thats all I expect from my son!

Spending time in nature and away from technology personally works for me. Good Luck, Hang in there, Sending you Positive vibes!
