I started adderall a few days ago and it has completely diminished any sense of hunger. Even when I haven’t ate all day and my stomach is growling, I barely notice. Are there any tricks, food, or supplements that has helped anyone make sure that they are getting all the nutrients they need even when they aren’t hungry? Thank you so much.

Adderall and lack of appetite
I’m taking Concerta and my appetite suppressed a little, but I’m still at a healthy weight. I’m not sure about tricks, but if you think it’s suppressed too much then talk to your doctor. One suggestion is to have a schedule and give yourself motivation to want to eat. Good luck.
Me too. I don’t feel hunger as much as I used to. I just start to feel dizzy. I am just learning new signals and like Anne says, watch the clock and schedule my eating before I get too dizzy. Meanwhile I am appreciating not having to watch my diet so much. I guess you might look at it as a new version of you. Spin it positive I guess?
Eat a good breakfast with protein before you take it in the morning. Small protein snacks throughout the day (almonds, smoothies with protein powder or hemp seeds, carrots with hummus, etc.). Set a timer to remind yourself to eat, or tie snacks to work breaks or other events during the day. And then a bigger meal after it wears off (I find that snacking AS my medication is wearing off helps with the crash, too).
Try eating in schedule times. Once you start you’ll eat.
