Spent Nine Hours Trying to Set Up New Phone.

Was so excited to get my new Note a few days ago. And you know what it's like when we get excited...complete sh*t show. Ripped the box apart, couldn't find the stylus, so I spent almost two hours on the phone with my carrier. Needless to say it took two days before I found out it's IN the phone! Spent EIGHT hours trying to set it up today because I was too frustrated to do it the other day. My flat is trashed because I kept losing stuff, I was enraged and crying. Finally stepped away from it and then got it running ten minutes after I went back to it. I'm so sick and tired of losing stuff, and getting so frustrated when I'm over stimulated. Help!

Try starting small by creating a regular place for just one thing. My first thing was the scissors. I use them often and would spend a lot of time trying to find them. Over the years I’ve added other items. I’m a far cry from organized and I still manage to lock myself out of the house, even though my keys go in the exact same spot every time I come home. it’s more of being focused on where I’m going and skipping the how I’m getting there. My brain always seems to be 6 steps ahead of what I’m presently needing to do (like grab the keys).
