Hello! Welcome to the group. Some things you can do in the meantime to help treat your symptoms is stick to a schedule (i.e. waking up and falling asleep at the same time each day), exercise daily, stay away from sugars, sweets and caffeine (I know it’s HARD because those with ADHD usually crave these things but it’ll make your symptoms worse in the long run), and find a hobby that helps relax you. Having ADHD is a life long journey and there’s really no quick fix even if under the care of a doctor. Just know you are not alone and you can always post here for support! Best wishes to you on your journey ❤️
