Guanfacine works but makes me faint and Vyvanse isnt working. Suggestions?

34 F just DX inattentive ADD with anxiety, new supervisor position has me all over the place. I was on Guanfacine 30mg but my blood pressure went below 90/60, bad news. Honestly guanfacine worked so I was sad to be off it. Currently on 30 mg of Vyvanse and it seems like it's making my ADD symptoms worse. It's a fight to focus and I forget to eat. I like that guanfacine slowed me down, and suggestions for new meds?

I’m on Adderall. It’s the only one I’ve tried so far but for me it definitely slows me down! It has a very calming effect on me. My anxiety disappears too.

Maybe you just need a smaller or larger dose of the Vyvanse?

I understand that spot ur in... I myself started at that dose of vyvance... Had some ups and downs but 8 months later I'm on the max dose... 70mgs... 30 in the morning 40 in the afternoon.... I do have my moments trying to stay focused and relaxed.. I probably tell myself at least 50 times a day... U have to do this first this second. Which as time goes bye trying to burn it in the brain.... Trying to learn the difference between how u felt without the meds to how different if even small with them.. Some people just need something different than others... I started a list... Very small.. Just comparing the difference... Since I have inattentive and hyper activity... It's on a level of its own.... Hoping u find ur way through this journey.... It's long and sometimes feels never ending... We are all here for each other....

My doctor tried me on vyvance ans I really didn’t care for it. I switched to mydayis ans use 37.5 mg and it’s been so much better.
