job thru disability know I have ADHD but

I feel the same way at times. I have trouble remembering things even though they get repeated to me. Feels like my mind is elsewhere..

Sometimes I have brain freeze or forget why I have started to talk about certain topic to someone. That is going off on a tangent which is part of adhd. I once had an off the tangent interview and it was a disaster. But I can Lso hyperfocus well which has allowed to me get thru assignments on school and different

places of employment I have had ADHD and been bipolar since I’ve been a young girl. However I am 62 and was never properly diagnosed until I was 39
