I live on Maui. I'm in recovery for alcoholism and addiction. I am creative and talented, but have had trouble developing it since getting sober. I am just now realizing ADHD is the umbrella for all my issues! It's pretty wild! I'm learning so much.

I haven’t struggled with addiction but know so many others with ADD who do. It’s so common! When people go undiagnosed, they end up using substances to help them relax and focus which can lead to addiction. Are you getting help with a specialist?
