Does anyone have any resources for ADHD coaches. IS coaching better/worse than talk therapy? Financial concerns are important to me. But so is getting the help I need. I have long been struggling with work, and the workplace in general, to the point where it has become a fear.
Everyday I have severe anxiety from receiving poor feedback from my manager, over a few issues. Lately, they have created a support system for me, but that support system involves me teaching them my job. I have an impending six month review, tomorrow which I am also dreading.
Any suggestions/help would be fantastic, in regards to an ADHD coach.

I'm sorry I dont have an ADHD coach... I would just recommend seeing a therapist/counselor/LCSW or MFT that specializes in treating adults with ADHD. I can relate with your current situation and anxiety over professional performance. I quit a really good job after being put on a performance improvement plan. I just felt like it was a nice way of saying "this is not working out" and I would be fired soon. To try to avoid being fired I resigned... but I've been fired from a handful of jobs ever since so, so much for trying not to get fired. I hope you find a therapist soon to support you in your journey. If you have health insurance request a list of mental health providers
Coaching is SO worth it!! In my opinion it’s waaaaaaaaaaaay better than just “getting therapy” from a psychiatrist or counselor. (I have a whole post I wrote about why I love coaches on my profile page if you want to check that out!)
My coach meets with clients via Zoom and at first I didn’t think I’d like it because I prefer talking with people face-to-face, but it actually works really well! (And you can be anywhere in the world- it doesn’t have to be specific to where you are geographically 😊)
