Hi guys ! It’s Shnookie. I have been forgetting to. take things with me I purchased like the coffee from
Starbucks and finally realized in my car today in the parking lot that I left my phone in the beauty salon !! Fortunately it was still open. My frustration level is in overdrive and now I’m attempting to update my Linked In File. Thank U for letting me vent. Any suggestions and input
would be greatly appreciated

I count items that I take with me when I’m out of the house. Example: jacket, purse or phone (I’ve made it a habit to keep it in there or a pocket), umbrella etc. Let’s say it’s 3 things. Before leaving the car etc., I make sure I have those accounted for and just before I leave somewhere. This trick has helped me so much to know leave things behind, especially when I have a number of them.
If your missing something, then back track where you’ve been to find it.
implement it into my daily routine. The bizarre thing about me is that because I learned how to use hyperfocusing in a positive way to give me a very good
memory, I was always the one helping others find things for others. Now with COVID extra stress, etc I need to restrenghthen parts of my brain again
