concerta withdrawals

hi, does anyone know how long concerta withdrawal symptoms last for as i have some pretty horrible ones. I was on 54mg and took a break for a week then had an anxiety attack so i took it again. (This was 2 weeks ago) I've spoke to my gp who says it's withdrawal symptoms but i find it weird I'm still getting them even though I'm still taking the medication.

Is this possible?

I haven't heard of withdrawal from stimulant meds, but there is definitely rebound when the meds wear off. Was the concerta working ok for you?

it was working great for me until i took a break. It might have been that the 54mg was too high of a dose and i didn't build up tolerance due to only taking it 5 days a week so i think it was more mild overdose symptoms. I've dropped down to 36 and feel ok (5th day taking it) but i suspect now that my b12 levels might be low which is causing problems alongside. (Previously had a b12 deficiency) and I've noticed a bit of glositis on my tongue.
