One Positive Thing 🙌🏼

Hey guys!

What is one tip you can share with us that makes you feel good and also helps instill healthy habits? Something that someone could do TODAY if they wanted to. Is it writing a positive affirmation and hanging it on the bathroom mirror? Maybe it’s listening to your favorite song first thing in the morning to get you motivated.

My tip: Do the dishes before you go to bed tonight.

It may sound daunting (depending on how full your sink is right now), but trust me- it’s worth it! It’s a wonderful feeling to wake up to a clean sink (even if the rest of the kitchen is a mess. 😜)

I’m so excited to see what you guys do!

My wife and I share Three Positive Things that have happened since our yesterday every morning. No reason why that can’t be adapted to the evening. She tells me three positives, and I tell her three. We started looking for positive things to tell each other since we started doing it about three months ago. It sets our day off right!

What is TRE?

Journaling is a wonderful practice! (Especially for ADHDers who have a hard time keeping everything in our heads at one time.) I’m also curious to know what TRE is. I don’t think I’ve ever heard of that before.
