You need to consider what to eliminate as well as add.
Maybe consider trying to cut down and then eliminate:
1. Sugar and sugary foods such as carbohydrates (pasta and rice etc) and fizzy drinks, ready made meals,
2. Processed food, just try to eat "real food"
3. Grains eg: white bread. (have a look at the book "Grain Brain")
4. Dairy, a lot of people with adhd can't process dairy proteins.
(I can eat aged cheeses but in general have issues with milk and butter.)
See how you feel after that and then maybe you could consider a paleo or keto diet.
A lot of people including myself have benefited from it.

Favourite foods: licorice tea (it's sweet), grass fed lamb or beef (protein is good for neurotransmitters), nitrate free bacon and pastured eggs, sunflower lecithin in my coffee, dark 80%+ chocolate (not too much), coconut yoghurt, watermelon, extra virgin olive oil on my vegetables (broccoli, butter nut pumpkin and sweet potato) and parmesan (aged) cheese (high in protein).
