So I've been taking meds for ADD since middle school now I'm in my 30s and with my work schedule I am on site 1 week then off the next due to COVID-19. The week I am not working we are supposed to do training however actually getting myself to actually sit down and do the training is very difficult sometimes it can be frustrating when I know I need to do it.

I have tried lists but I feel the problem I have is starting a new habit and the follow through not sure if anyone has any advice for starting new habits or forcing yourself to follow through.
