I understand that companies are or will be using AI to conduct first level interviews. Are any of you aware of this or have experience this method of interviewing. What are your thoughts?

I know at times that I exhibit traits similar to those with Aspergers. When coming in contact with a system like this, I wonder if the AI interviewer can make a fair assessment

Wow, that is quite alarming. Hard to see the necessity. And a can of worms as to how these systems could discriminate (whether intentionally or not)....

Not heard of this in the UK... but I might not be very up to date in this area.
