Adderall X R and fatigue. HELP!

I’ve been taking Aderall X-R in morning and afternoon and feel extremely fatigued between doses and at end of day. It’s awesome when it’s time to go to bed, but difficult to deal with between doses. My Dr increased dosage but it’s not helping. I’ve taken Aderall (not X R) for years and didn’t experience this issue. I also previously took Vyvanse and didn’t have this issue, but due to my insurance, my Dr can only prescribe Aderall X R. Does anyone else have this issue, and if so, how do you deal with it? It’s gotten to the point that I’m afraid to be driving towards end of dose because I’m so lethargic!

I’ve had extensive bloodwork done recently so I know it’s not related to any other medical issue FYI.

I’d greatly appreciate anyone’s input and advice. Thanks so much.

Talk to your Dr. It could be that you need to take your 2nd dose earlier or your first dose isn’t strong enough. The worst thing about rebounding is that it affects all of those around you too. Good Luck
