I feel that being so sensitive has helped me get to where I am today and I'll tell you why. Ever since I've changed my eating/sleeping habits for the better, my body will tell me when I start to slack off. For example, if I eat junk food, I'll start getting headaches again and my knees/joints start to bother me again. If I don't go to bed at a decent time, or I don't get a good night's sleep, I wake up feeling crappy and unrested.
Now think about what bad foods you eat on a daily, or the amount of sleep you get, and start making some changes today(if you wanna start the road to a better you). I PROMISE you won't regret it. It took some concerning health problems to realize how horrible the American diet really is, and how you can start feeling better as soon as you're ready.
It's so clear to me now that most of my ADD symptoms have been caused by what I've been eating (and what I haven't been eating) ever since I was a kid; sugar, high fructose corn syrup, processed crap, etc. I'm no where near where I'd like to be, health wise, but I've come a hell of a long way in the last year and 1/2. You can take baby steps or go cold turkey by eliminating your worst habits and I promise you you'll start feeling better. I know I do!
I know I may sound preachy, but I just wish someone would've helped me with all of this a long time ago. Instead, I've been learning all of this on my own, which isn't terrible, because it's only making me stronger in the end. I've been struggling with life on a daily and things were only getting worse, so I had to take matters into my own hands. Just stay positive and know that tomorrow will always come, so start today by doing better and know that your future self will thank you greatly! Cheers! 🤗
