I am up to 80 mgs of Vyvanse from 40mgs and seem to be better. I think I need a little more to get me over the hump of almost there. What is the highest you have been on?
I am on Lunesta for RLS but since I have been on Vyvanse it seems to not work as well. I was taking clonazepam but it kept me tired too long in the mornings. Anyone else had this problem?
Interesting. I was told the max was 70 mgs. I haven’t had more than 40.
Forty was not working so I was told to take two. That was better. Now I am waiting to hear if I will get one more higher dosage. I think I will be good then. I was on Amphetamine, generic for Adderall and it was great but my pharmacy switched to a different color of the same thing but it did nothing. I am like starting all over again.

Actually this here proves that doctors more commonly in my experience don't know best. 40mg Vyvanse is equivalent to 15mg Adderall but lasts much longer. That Dr easily should've prescribed the max 70mg as that is almost 30mg Adderall equivalent. Makes sense that 80mg may be better since you felt "normal" on 30mg Adderall. Doctors don't truly take the time to learn more about what they prescribe their patients. Pretty sad really. They get paid either way so why would they... Especially when they're told to get people in and out so fast.
