in the last few months I have had white spots they start with a hole and seem to get smaller white lumps around them ,they are really hard to get rid of and getting worse.

I am 70 years old and do have some health issues.

I have always suffered with black heads only on my nose.

Any advice as to what to use to get rid off them.
