Starting low dose of fast acting adderall tomorrow 5 mg After trying Guanfacine for three months it appears she eventually burns through it and it does t work Doctor starting on 4 hour fast acting for 1 week along with Guanfacine Er 2mg Any input Doc did t thick increasing dose of Guanfacine would be the answer anymore Any input greatly appeeciated
