Has anyone tried Apollo Neuro for ADHD and anxiety? It's a wearable device/touch therapy band that emits different types of vibrations that are supposed to help with sleep, anxiety, and focus.

hi, my husband has one for anxiety. He has Parkinson’s. He liked it, he found it comforting, but has stopped using it now his anxiety is under control.

I’m intrigued by the concept of Apollo Neuro, but wondering if it’s useful for my son who has ADHD but not anxiety. Have you tried it?

I haven't tried it yet. I got a bit sidetracked and didn't circle back to it.
